VivaNMN Review UK: Prices, Subscription and Buying Checks

This VivaNMN review examines the buying experience: company information, product claims, checkout prices, subscriptions and returns. It combines the useful parts of our earlier buyer guides with fresh checkout evidence. It is not a personal-use testimonial or a clinical assessment of NMN.

Who is behind VivaNMN?

The merchant’s About page identifies Viva Research LTD and gives a contact address at 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. Its site includes contact and policy pages. We verified that this information is published; this review is not a corporate or manufacturing audit.

What did we test ourselves?

On 16 September 2026, we selected one Pure NMN 500mg bottle containing 30 capsules and chose one-time purchase. The checkout country was United Kingdom and we were not signed in. JEREMYF reduced £29.99 by £7.49 to £22.50. We removed it and applied WASI, which gave exactly the same result.

No order was placed. We did not enter a customer identity, delivery address or payment details, so the displayed total was recorded before shipping confirmation. We have not tested delivery, customer service, refunds, subscription cancellation or the supplement’s effects through personal use.

A guest checkout alone does not prove new- or existing-customer eligibility. Separately, Jeremy Farrar confirmed on 17 September 2026 that JEREMYF works for existing customers. This is owner confirmation; a signed-in returning-customer checkout has not been recorded. The separate 19 September guest test accepted JEREMYF on a monthly subscription. Renewal discounts and combining multiple codes or app rewards remain unverified. Our testing method explains how we keep these limits separate from a successful code result.

VivaNMN prices and value

Prices are advertised on VivaNMN’s subscription page, rechecked 19 September 2026. It describes 25% off repeat deliveries and pause, skip or cancellation without a minimum term. These terms were read, not independently tested.

Only the 30-capsule one-off code price was retested in September. Historical 60- and 90-capsule JEREMYF results remain dated 25 August in the evidence log. No current 3-for-2 or 10% email saving was confirmed on the merchant pages inspected.

Can I buy VivaNMN without a subscription?

Yes. VivaNMN publishes both one-time and subscription prices. Select one-time purchase if you do not want recurring deliveries, and confirm that selection in the order summary. Our 16 September checkout evidence used this option.

What did the subscription code test show?

On 19 September 2026, JEREMYF removed £5.62 from a £22.49 monthly-subscription basket for one Pure NMN 500mg, 30-capsule bottle, leaving £16.87 before shipping confirmation. The checkout still showed a recurring subtotal of £22.49 every month; we have not verified renewal discounts. No order was placed. See the original subscription checkout screenshots.

How do I cancel my VivaNMN subscription?

VivaNMN’s contact page says you can manage your subscription from your account, including skipping, pausing, changing delivery details or cancelling. Its subscription page advertises no minimum term. Sign in to the merchant account and use the subscription controls; contact sales@vivanmn.com if you cannot access them. Check the cancellation confirmation and next scheduled delivery. We have read the instructions but have not tested cancellation.

How does the Viva Companion discount work?

The official Viva Companion page describes free app access for active subscribers and a 10% reward on the next order after logging 25 capsule days in a month. The merchant says the reward is applied automatically and cannot stack with other discounts. We have not tested the app or redeemed the reward, so we do not add it to the advertised subscription percentage.

Does VivaNMN offer a newsletter discount?

The merchant invites email sign-ups for offers, but we did not verify a fixed 10% first-order newsletter discount on the official pages checked on 19 September 2026. Read the exact sign-up offer and its terms if one is shown to you. A third-party code listing does not establish a current newsletter entitlement.

Product and lab-testing claims

The product is sold as Pure NMN 500mg capsules. The merchant makes testing and quality claims on its website. This review has not independently analysed a bottle or authenticated a laboratory report against a purchased batch.

If testing is important to your buying decision, look for the laboratory name, report date, batch identifier and what the test actually measures. A statement about ingredient purity is a different question from whether a finished supplement produces a particular health outcome.

Does VivaNMN offer free UK delivery?

VivaNMN’s shipping policy, checked 19 September 2026, advertises complimentary express delivery, 0–1 business days for handling and 1–2 business days in transit. These are published estimates, not our delivery experience. Confirm the charge and delivery estimate for your address at checkout; our test did not complete that step.

How do VivaNMN returns work?

The published refund policy gives a 100-day period from purchase and requires proof of purchase. Customers must contact the merchant for acceptance and a returns number before sending an item back. The buyer pays return postage. Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 14 days after receipt and inspection; bank processing may take longer.

A guarantee is useful only if its procedure works for you. We have not made a return or tested the handling of a refund.

What are people saying about VivaNMN?

Customer feedback can help identify service or delivery concerns. It does not by itself establish a health benefit, and a merchant-hosted review count is a merchant claim. Review scores also change.

Its website names a business, provides contact and returns information, and offered a functioning checkout in our test. We have not completed a company or fulfilment audit, so those observations should not be read as a guarantee.

Does VivaNMN work?

Is the discount better than subscribing?

JEREMYF and WASI tied at £22.50 for our tested one-off bottle. Compare that with the official recurring price and choose the purchase type you actually want. Do not assume the offers combine.

The VivaNMN discount page holds the current screenshots, eligibility matrix and dated code history. Keeping the evidence there makes future changes easier to check.
