Simply Supplements delivery and returns: UK buying guide

Which delivery option should you choose?

Choose by when you need the parcel, then compare the whole basket. A faster service is useful if the timing matters; it adds little value when you are ordering well before your current pack runs out. Keep the order confirmation so you can check the service you selected if you need help later.

Simply Supplements says eligible orders placed before noon Monday to Friday are dispatched that day. Later orders, weekends and bank holidays move to the next working day. These are published estimates, so leave some room around an important date.

Is it worth spending more for free delivery?

Only if the additional item is something you already planned to buy. Consider a hypothetical £17 basket: paying £1.99 delivery brings it to £18.99. Adding a £5 item takes spending to £22. You receive more goods, but pay £3.01 more today. The free-delivery label does not change that calculation.

A useful comparison is to write down two totals: the basket you actually need, delivered, and the larger basket, delivered. Then ask whether you would have bought the extra item anyway. Check its pack size and expiry before building up spare stock.

If you regularly reorder the same item, the Subscribe & Save guide explains the separate repeat-order option. For a one-off purchase, start with the current Simply Supplements offer and compare the final total after any eligible promotion.

How to follow an order

Keep your order number, delivery address and confirmation email together. The dispatch message is the useful point at which to start judging a delivery estimate. An order confirmation means the order was placed; it does not necessarily mean the carrier already has the parcel.

If a delivery update seems late, check the email’s tracking link and whether a weekend falls within the expected window. If the parcel is marked delivered, check the delivery information and any nominated safe place, then contact the retailer with the order number. Include a short description of what happened so support can investigate the right order.

Can you return Simply Supplements products?

The published change-of-mind policy offers free UK returns for unwanted, unopened goods within 30 days of delivery. Clearance items are excluded and original delivery charges are not refunded under that policy. Keep proof of posting. The retailer also has a separate, conditional money-back promotion on selected products; check the product’s terms before relying on an opened-item refund.

Inspect the parcel when it arrives. If an item is wrong or damaged, keep the packaging and take a clear photograph before contacting customer care. This helps explain the issue without a long email exchange. Do not send a parcel to an address copied from an old leaflet without checking the current return instructions.

What if you entered the wrong address?

Contact customer care as soon as you notice. An address correction is much easier before a parcel enters the delivery network. Have the order number and correct address ready. If the parcel has already left, ask what options are available for that particular delivery instead of placing a duplicate order immediately.

Our practical recommendation

For routine restocking, order ahead and compare standard delivery with any eligible repeat-order saving. Use express when the shorter estimate is worth the extra cost to you. Keep the first order modest when you are still deciding whether a particular format or pack size suits your needs.
